GENERAL POWER OF COMPETENCE (GPC)
At the council meeting on 13th November 2025 the Parish Council confirmed eligibility and adopted the General Power of Competence (GPC) scheme. This legal power allows the Council to act with greater freedom and flexibility in the best interests of Combe Hay community.
